Aims and scope

The annual edition of the Whitireia Journal of Nursing, Health and Social Services publishes articles, research briefs, reports, book reviews, reflective pieces, and scholarly and creative works, focusing on innovation and current topics in nursing, health, wellbeing, and social services. We accept manuscripts from students, staff, professional affiliates, and external contributors in education, industry, and practice. The Whitireia Journal of Nursing, Health and Social Services aims to provide research that improves knowledge and practice in the fields of Health, Nursing and Social Services, including Social Work, Youth Development, Counselling and Addiction and Animal Health, amongst others.
