We are excited to welcome our training restaurant to Petone Campus.

At the end of 2023, Bistro 52 training restaurant located in Wellington will close. Our fully supervised training restaurant is set to move to Petone Campus, and will be open on selected dates throughout the year. Join our waitlist to keep up to date on when we will be opening our doors at Petone Campus.

Disclaimer: Bistro 52 is WelTec’s flagship hospitality training restaurant, food is prepared by student chefs and served by trainee front of house staff, as a Training restaurant, we cannot guarantee an environment completely free from the traces of allergens, or separate preparation areas for specific dietary requirement meal preparation. We are able to cater for the following dietary requirements, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free.
