Bistro 107
We are excited to welcome our training restaurant to Petone Campus.
At the end of 2023, Bistro 52 located in Wellington closed. Our fully supervised training restaurant has moved to Petone Campus under a new name—Bistro 107—and will be open on selected dates throughout the year.
Opening dates and times
The restaurant will be open from 6pm on the following dates.
Bookings
We’d love to know your preferred date/s, how many people are in your party, and any allergies. Your reservation will be confirmed with your seating time which will be 6pm, 6.15pm or 6.30pm. We are a cashless venue.

Disclaimer: Bistro 107 is WelTec’s flagship hospitality training restaurant, food is prepared by student chefs and served by trainee front of house staff. As a Training restaurant, we cannot guarantee an environment completely free from the traces of allergens, or separate preparation areas for specific dietary requirement meal preparation. We are able to cater for the following dietary requirements, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free.
