Academic Dress Collection
You will be able to collect your academic dress from Petone Campus during the times below.
The times for collection area as follows:

| Wednesday 22 April | 9:00am - 4:00pm | Petone Campus |
| Thursday 23 April | 9:00am - 4:00pm | Petone Campus |
| Friday 24 April | 9:00am - 4:00pm | Petone Campus |
If you are coming from out of the Wellington region for your graduation ceremony and these dates and times do not suit, please let us know at graduationinfo@wandw.ac.nz to discuss alternative arrangements.
Academic dress must be returned on the day of graduation. There will be collection points at the Lower Hutt Events Centre.
All graduands must wear full academic regalia. Māori graduands are more than welcome to wear a Korowai over their gown. If you are not wearing academic regalia, you will not be permitted to take part and your qualification will be conferred in absentia.
If you are unable to attend the graduation ceremony, we will refund you for the full cost of your academic regalia hire. Cancellations of academic regalia must be emailed to graduationinfo@wandw.ac.nz two weeks’ prior to the ceremony.
