Take the first step in starting your professional chef career no matter what your experience level. Get equipped with everything you need to know in a hands-on purpose-built environment and have the opportunity to experience an industry work placement.

Level 4
1 year, full-time

New Zealand Diploma in Cookery (Advanced)

Build on your culinary skills to understand and apply advanced cooking techniques. Develop your kitchen management knowledge including menu planning, costing and dish design. Your learning will be supported with an industry placement in a commercial kitchen.

1 year, full-time (2 days per week)
