Congratulations on completing your qualification!

If you wish to attend the Graduation Ceremony, you will need to have the following before starting your application:

  • Your student ID Number
  • The name of the qualification you are receiving
  • A Credit Card or Debit Card to pay for your regalia hire. You will be prompted to pay prior to submission.
  • Your height and head circumference (in centimetres)
  • Visit this link for details on how to measure your head circumference 

Please note: This application form is for Diplomas, Degrees, Postgraduate Certificates/Diplomas and Masters only. If you are graduating with a Level 1 to 5 Certificate, please contact your School directly.

This form is for Business and IT qualifications only.


Please supply an address that we can use to send you information about the graduation ceremony.

Please note: If you choose to receive your qualification by mail you will not be able to attend a ceremony.

Your ceremony will be on Wednesday, 12 June 2024 at Lower Hutt Events Centre. You will be contacted by email on further information about your Ceremony.
